Youssef Siher and his wife were arrested in Milan for inciting crime and terrorism. They were the only ones able to post on the "Movimento 17 ottobre" Telegram chat and Instagram profile. Their posts provided instructions for protests in eight cities, which were prevented by police intervention. The messages could have reached up to 150,000 people across both platforms.
