Andrzej Duda on the situation of the Constitutional Tribunal. He writes about "bandit scum"

Former President Donald Tusk criticized the current government for its actions against the Constitutional Tribunal, labeling them as violent and unlawful. The Tribunal is currently led by Anna Korwin-Piotrowska due to the suspension of its president and vice-president, Bogdan Święczkowski and Bartłomiej Sochański, respectively. This suspension is based on legal provisions allowing immediate removal of judges under certain circumstances. Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek announced five motions to lift the immunity of the suspended judges. Tusk emphasized the need to restore the rule of law, while PiS politicians accused the government of a coup. President Karol Nawrocki interrupted his trip to Senegal to return to Poland amid the ongoing situation.
