Anna Korwin-Piotrowska: We will activate the functioning of the Constitutional Tribunal

Judge Anna Korwin-Piotrowska stated that the Constitutional Tribunal is currently orderly and calm. She convened a General Assembly to discuss the Tribunal's budget for 2027, emphasizing the need to include essential expenses in the budget proposal. Korwin-Piotrowska expressed the intention to restore the Tribunal's constitutional role and acknowledged the possibility of demonstrations outside the building. She mentioned that judges are in contact with the State Protection Service regarding the safety of inviting the President for discussions, emphasizing that only the President would be invited for security reasons.
