The leadership of Mészáros's MBH Bank is transforming

MBH Bank is restructuring with a new management model featuring six deputy CEOs and an independent division to enhance efficiency and streamline processes. The bank aims for a growth trajectory that reflects its priorities and objectives. Notably, Both András, previously CEO of the Digital Hungary Agency, will oversee IT and digitalization after receiving the necessary MNB approval. The restructuring will not involve layoffs but will focus on higher-level tasks. The Digitalization and Operations deputy CEO position will be eliminated, with responsibilities shifting to other executives. Additionally, Fáy Zsolt's team is set to acquire a 10% stake in Tiborcz István's Gránit bank shares, with further shares potentially changing hands amid regulatory scrutiny.
