Russian armed forces targeted a medical facility in Kharkiv overnight, injuring 62 individuals and prompting the evacuation of around 200 patients. Local authorities reported the incident, with Kharkiv's mayor, Ihor Terekhov, stating that the attack affected an area connecting various buildings within the medical complex in the Nemyshlianskyi district.
