Aura: Valentino’s haute couture meets the mysterious, hidden faces of Ewa Juszkiewicz

The exhibition "Aura" at Valentino's headquarters in Rome showcases the interplay between fashion and art, featuring works by Ewa Juszkiewicz. Giancarlo Giammetti, Valentino's partner, emphasizes the goal of merging these two worlds to explore femininity. The exhibition runs until February 2027 and is the first since Valentino Garavani's passing. Juszkiewicz's paintings reinterpret 18th- and 19th-century portraiture, concealing women's faces to challenge traditional representations. The displayed Valentino couture pieces highlight the evolution of fashion and femininity, reflecting Garavani's mastery of design and his celebration of women's identities.
