Aura in Poznań will combine architecture with nature

An apartment building and aparthotel on Słowiańska Street in Poznań will open in early 2027, with sales already underway. The project has won four awards in international architectural competitions. Investor Piotr Voelkel aims to create a structure that harmonizes architecture with nature, featuring 55 apartments and various amenities including a wellness area and a public gym. The building's green facade acts as an ecosystem, improving air quality and providing insulation. The design incorporates elements of neuroarchitecture and biophilic architecture, with a focus on sustainability. Owners can choose to live in or rent out their apartments, with opportunities for artistic collaborations in shared spaces.
