"True friendship lasts forever" – Viktor Orbán visited Milorad Dodik, the former president of the Serbian Republic of Bosnia.
Milorad Dodik, former president of the Republika Srpska, shared photos with Viktor Orbán, expressing gratitude for Hungary's support. He emphasized their friendship and the honor of hosting Orbán and his wife. Dodik has maintained a close relationship with Orbán's government, having last met him in August 2022. Journalist Szabolcs Panyi noted that Orbán has supported Dodik, who has sought to extend the autonomy of the Bosnian Serb region and has clashed with Bosnia's central government. Dodik left office last year after being stripped of his mandate by a Bosnian court and sentenced to prison.
