Bankruptcy and fraud against the State, prosecutors request trial for Santanchè

The Milan Prosecutor's Office has requested a trial for Senator Daniela Santanchè and 14 others for fraudulent bankruptcy and aggravated fraud against the state related to several company failures. The request follows investigations by the Financial Police and will be assessed by a preliminary hearing judge.
