Banco de Fomento and SNQTB sign collective labor agreement for nearly 600 workers

The National Union of Banking Staff (SNQTB) and the Portuguese Development Bank (BPF) signed a Collective Labor Agreement (ACT) affecting 599 employees. This agreement includes a dedicated salary table, meal allowances, and various leave provisions. It also enhances recruitment transparency and provides health benefits, including a potential social security supplement during illness. Employees with permanent contracts can access housing credit, and telework provisions are included. The ACT will take effect after publication and aims to protect workers' rights, ensuring changes require union agreement.
