Banco Sabadell registers a profit of 1.38 million euros until September due to the sale of TSB

Banco Sabadell reported a profit of €1.38 billion until September, a 1% decrease from last year, primarily due to the sale of TSB. Excluding TSB, the bank's profit rose to €1.297 billion, while recurring profit reached €1.096 billion, down 5.3%. The bank will pay a provisional dividend of €0.07 per share on December 29. The total assets decreased by 18.5% to €199.258 billion, and the interest margin was €2.694 billion, a slight decline. However, commissions increased by 2.1%, driven by asset management growth. The bank expects a slight increase in interest margin and commissions by year-end.
