A report was received about a possible car accident at Lake Włocławskie, where a vehicle might have fallen into the water. Divers and sonar teams were dispatched, but no car was found. A 24-year-old man later admitted to hitting the guardrails and leaving the scene without reporting it. He lost control of his vehicle on a curve and crashed into the barriers on October 14, nine days before the report was made. The damaged guardrails were not immediately noticed due to their location below the road. The man received a fine for his actions, and the emergency response concluded by 4 PM.
