Dairy bars with irregularities. There are inspection results
The Quality Inspection of Agricultural and Food Products found significant issues in dairy bars, with 74.7% of 91 establishments inspected showing irregularities. While sensory characteristics of dishes were satisfactory, laboratory tests revealed problems in 9.3% of cases, including mislabeling of fish species and undeclared meat ingredients. Most violations were related to labeling, with 72% of inspected batches failing to meet standards. Issues included missing ingredient lists, inadequate allergen information, and misleading dish names. The inspection emphasized that consumers deserve accurate information about dishes, and names should reflect the true nature of the food offered.
