BE proposes the creation of a municipal construction company

The BE aims to create a public entity to prioritize urban renewal and small repairs, which would also generate local jobs and regulate the housing market. A recent survey indicated around 500 vacant properties in Beja, including 278 residential units, with many in poor condition, reflecting the struggles of local commerce.
