The thirty-year-old Hungarian company that was "building the future" in 2019 has collapsed.

The 30-year-old Hungarian company Bauviv Kft., known for its innovative projects, is now facing liquidation. The company's assets, including its properties in Debrecen, are being sold for nearly 1.4 billion HUF. Once a key player in the electrical installation industry, Bauviv's financial troubles escalated after a significant loss in 2025, attributed to uncollected receivables. The company had previously gained attention for its modern innovation lab, inaugurated in 2019, but has since struggled financially, leading to its current situation. The liquidation process includes the sale of its headquarters and other assets, with the main property valued at 1.39 billion HUF.
