According to Belgrade, the contract for the sale of the Russian stake in NIS has been signed with Moll.

The Serbian NIS oil company's sale of its Russian stake to Hungary's Mol has been agreed upon, pending regulatory approvals. Serbian Finance Minister Sinisa Mali announced that the Serbian state will increase its stake from 30% to 35%. The deal requires approval from Serbian and Bosnian competition authorities, as well as the U.S. government due to previous sanctions against NIS. Mol aims to acquire a 56.15% stake in NIS, which operates Serbia's only oil refinery and has a network of gas stations. The agreement also ensures the refinery operates at pre-sanction capacity for at least ten years.
