The 2027 budget has been submitted

The government submitted the 2027 budget proposal to parliament, promising fair taxation and support for neglected social groups. The total expenditure is projected at 47,587 billion HUF, with revenues expected at 42,484 billion HUF, resulting in a deficit of 5,102 billion HUF. GDP growth is estimated at 2.4%, with a consumer price index change of 3%. The budget deficit as a percentage of GDP is expected to decrease to 4.9%.
