Gasoline and diesel prices are falling. There are new maximum prices

Starting Friday, new fuel prices will be implemented in Poland, with Pb95 gasoline at a maximum of 6.51 PLN per liter, Pb98 at 7.36 PLN, and diesel at 8.19 PLN. The prices reflect a decrease of 2 groszy for Pb95 and 1 grosz for Pb98 and diesel. These changes are part of the revived Fuel Price Lowering program, contingent on the signing of a tax law by President Karol Nawrocki, which occurred on October 1. The government aims to stabilize fuel prices and has previously implemented maximum price mechanisms during crises. Stations exceeding these limits may face financial penalties.
