No quorum in the Supreme Court. Key stance of the "old" judges

The Supreme Court's extraordinary assembly failed to reach a quorum due to the absence of some judges, preventing any resolutions. The Supreme Court College expressed strong opposition to actions undermining judicial authority, particularly regarding the removal of the Constitutional Tribunal's president. They criticized the appointment of an acting president without legal grounds and called for respect for the Polish Constitution. The College warned that decisions made by judges who have not taken the required oath may not be considered valid rulings.
