He ran with an axe, threatening to kill his neighbors

On Wednesday, police responded to a report of an aggressive man wielding an axe and threatening residents. Upon arrival, officers found the 42-year-old man from Dębno, who was intoxicated with approximately 2.5 promille of alcohol. He had threatened neighbors with the axe and attempted to set their basement on fire. The man was subdued by the police and charged with making threats using a dangerous weapon. Due to his prior criminal record, he was ordered to spend three months in custody, facing a potential sentence of up to five years in prison for the current charges.
