Binance has announced it has recovered 90% of the $6.3 billion lost in a major cyberattack. The remaining 10% consists of less liquid tokens, which may take longer to recover. The exchange assured users that they will not bear the financial impact of the theft. Recovery efforts utilized funds from the Secure Asset Fund for Users, futures insurance fund, and Binance's own treasury.
