The Upper One office building is filling up with tenants. Seven floors have already been leased.

Strabag Real Estate has signed its first lease agreements for the Upper One office building in Warsaw, which will offer 34,000 sqm of space. The building is set to be completed in 2027, with ongoing interior finishing work following the installation of the facade. ERGO Technology & Services will occupy 7,000 sqm across six floors, while Benefit Systems will take the entire third floor, approximately 1,300 sqm. The Upper One complex will also feature a 17-story hotel operated by Motel One. The project replaces the former Atrium International building and aims to meet the growing demand for office spaces in Warsaw.
