Due to a loss of trust, Botond Feledy's mandate at the head of the foreign affairs institute has been terminated with immediate effect.

The Hungarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs terminated the leadership position of Botond Feledy due to a loss of trust linked to his previous government ties. Feledy, appointed in August, was known for his work as a foreign policy analyst. The ministry emphasized the need for independent analysis to define Hungary's national interests. Feledy responded on Facebook, highlighting his commitment to independent analysis and his company's reputation built on client trust. He expressed surprise at being approached by the government for his analytical services, asserting that he maintained his independence and integrity throughout his career.
