Bogdan Święczkowski left the area of the Constitutional Tribunal. Earlier, the gate's security was damaged.

Bogdan Świeczkowski attempted to enter the Constitutional Tribunal but was initially denied access. After some protests, he managed to enter the premises and called for calm among demonstrators. He emphasized that he is the sole administrator of the Tribunal and announced that all legal judges would arrive the next day to demand entry. The police had previously intervened due to concerns for safety after a breach by three individuals. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, who took over as acting president of the Tribunal, cited risks to the judges and staff as reasons for the police presence and announced a temporary suspension of Świeczkowski's duties.
