He urged police not to participate in what he termed illegal actions by current tribunal members. Anna Korwin-Piotrowska, acting president, stated that Święczkowski and Bartłomiej Sochański are barred from entering the tribunal. The situation follows a series of meetings led by President Karol Nawrocki regarding the tribunal's crisis, with discussions on potential reforms. Zbigniew Kapiński, the First President of the Supreme Court, announced a gathering of judges to address constitutional order threats, scheduled for November 3.
