Bóka: the Tisza takes from those who would otherwise receive

Bóka János criticizes the 2027 budget, claiming it deceives the Hungarian people and fails to fulfill campaign promises. He argues that the government is taking more from citizens than it gives, particularly through tax deductions from wage increases. He warns that the budget will harm businesses, lead to capital outflow, and result in job losses, with stagnant wage growth. Bóka highlights 26 measures in the budget that introduce new taxes or raise existing ones, including property tax and corporate tax increases. He also mentions the government's plan to remove retail price margin restrictions, suggesting it will lead to higher prices.
