Stock Market: Milan closes almost unchanged, Ftse Mib -0.03%

The Milan Stock Exchange closed almost unchanged, with the Ftse Mib index slightly down by 0.03%. Energy stocks supported the index, with Enel and Italgas both rising by over 2%. Saipem, however, fell by 4.28%, while Inwit saw a rebound of 2.3%.
