TK Budget. The absence of one judge blocks President Święczkowski

The Constitutional Tribunal of Poland has faced repeated failures to vote on its financial plan for 2027 due to quorum issues and unauthorized attendees. President Bogdan Święczkowski has submitted the budget proposal to parliamentary leaders despite these setbacks. The budget controversy intensified after Finance Minister Andrzej Domański noted the Tribunal's revenues and expenditures were omitted from the draft budget. The Tribunal's assembly, consisting of judges appointed by the Sejm, has been contentious, with disputes over the legitimacy of certain judges. Święczkowski has called for urgent assembly meetings to finalize the budget proposal, which totals approximately 78 million PLN for 2027.
