Ourique Chamber creates five new housing units

Renovation of a former municipal building in Ourique is nearing completion, with an investment of around one million euros to create five housing units. The project, part of the Local Housing Strategy, includes a T1, two T3, and two T4 apartments, which are currently being allocated. Mayor Marcelo Guerreiro highlighted the importance of this investment for local housing needs and mentioned additional housing projects underway in the area, including a completed unit in Aldeia de Palheiros and ongoing work on new apartments in the former Social Security building. Another investment is planned for later this year.
