Card for seniors only for one year, it's already a wall on payback

The new healthcare card for seniors, valued at 300 euros, is available for those over 75 with a pension under 28,000 euros in 2025. The government allocates 1.645 billion euros for this initiative in 2027. Additionally, the income threshold for a new assistance allowance for non-self-sufficient seniors increases from 6,000 to 12,000 euros. The budget also addresses the pharmaceutical payback issue, with a gradual increase in spending limits and discounts for companies investing in innovation. However, industry representatives express dissatisfaction, warning of legal actions and protests due to unsustainable financial burdens.
