Home, the increase of the ecobonus to 65% is off. Here is the map of discounts for 2027
The proposed increase of the ecobonus to 65% for energy efficiency improvements has been omitted from the 2027 budget law. Instead, the current rates of 50% for primary residences and 36% for secondary homes will continue. The government has been considering the ecobonus increase, which is linked to a budget flexibility clause allowing for additional energy measures. However, due to budget constraints, the enhanced ecobonus was not included in the final draft of the law. The decision reflects the government's focus on maintaining fiscal balance, leaving the possibility of the 65% ecobonus uncertain for now.
