Fuel prices on All Saints' Day. The ministry indicated the rates

From October 31 to November 2, fuel prices will be capped at 6.48 PLN for Pb95, 7.32 PLN for Pb98, and 8.15 PLN for ON. The Fuel Price Lowering Program (CPN) reinstated on October 3 aims to reduce VAT and excise duties on fuels until the end of 2026. Non-compliance with price caps can result in fines up to 1 million PLN. Current prices are slightly higher than the initial caps set in March. The first CPN edition reduced VAT from 23% to 8% and lowered excise duties. The first edition cost around 4.7 billion PLN, while the second implementation in August cost approximately 495 million PLN.
