Czech Republic is expecting another weather twist. The map shows where rain and snow will hit over the weekend.

The weather in the Czech Republic is set for a significant change, with heavy rain expected across most regions and the first snow on mountain peaks. Temperatures will drop, prompting residents to carry umbrellas and warmer clothing. On October 22, rain will primarily affect the eastern parts, especially Silesia and northern Moravia, while western regions may see little precipitation. Snow may appear in the Krkonoš, Jeseníky, and Beskydy mountains above 1200 meters, but only a few centimeters are expected. The following days will see fluctuating weather, with cooler temperatures and occasional rain. Despite the anticipated rain, meteorologists warn it won't significantly alleviate the ongoing drought, particularly in western and southern Moravia. The Lipno Reservoir's low water levels have revealed a heart-shaped meander, a sign of the severe drought conditions.
