Czech Republic is aging, more care will be needed. Penta is launching a fund for this reason.
Penta Group is launching the Penta Healthcare Infrastructure Fund, focusing on healthcare real estate with an initial investment of 3 billion CZK. The fund aims to attract both qualified and retail investors, allowing investments from as low as 500 CZK. It targets a long-term return of around 7% through long-term leases tied to inflation. The fund is part of Penta's strategy to expand its healthcare infrastructure amidst a growing elderly population in the Czech Republic. Previous funds have attracted over 20 billion CZK from more than 9,000 investors, with significant returns reported. Penta plans to explore further investment opportunities and expand its presence in Central Europe.
