Want to learn about your family's history? You can start your genealogical investigation without leaving home

In Wadowice, genealogical workshops were held, emphasizing the importance of personal archives and official documents in tracing family history. Participants learned to create family trees using civil records and online databases, while also recognizing the value of historical documents. The workshops highlighted personal stories, such as a woman who found her father's grave after 70 years, showcasing the emotional impact of genealogical research. The sessions encouraged individuals to explore their ancestry not just for names and dates, but to understand their ancestors' lives and experiences, connecting past and present.
