He wanted to turn back before the overpass. The truck got stuck.

A truck with a trailer got stuck on Boya-Żeleński Avenue in Wrocław. The driver, a Ukrainian citizen, was unable to pass under a bridge and got stuck while attempting to turn around. The vehicle's chassis hung on a curb, preventing any movement. The truck will be towed, and traffic in both directions is blocked until its removal. The driver was sober, and the disruptions may last several hours.
