Artur Sz., a police officer, faces 23 charges related to aiding businessman Paweł Sz. in withdrawing large sums of cash from a bank, allegedly using a motorcycle with a fake license plate. The investigation reveals that Artur assisted Paweł in cash withdrawals totaling over 3.5 million PLN, while also being involved in the unlawful detention of a shop assistant accused of theft. The officer allegedly used coercive methods during the detention, leading to severe psychological distress for the victim. Artur Sz. has denied the charges, claiming limited involvement. The case is part of a broader investigation into the Government Strategic Reserves Agency (RARS) and its dealings during the COVID-19 pandemic.
