What about the transaction for over 800 million PLN? The Hungarians do not want to delist Echo from the stock exchange at all.
Hungarian company Wing announced a call for the sale of all shares of Echo Investment at a price of 5.2 PLN, the minimum allowed by law. Wing currently controls 62.4% of the shares, and acquiring the remaining ones would cost 808 million PLN. The offer period runs from October 30 to November 30. The intention behind the call is not to delist Echo but to increase capital involvement and maintain shares on the stock exchange. Wing seeks greater statutory powers, including the right to appoint board members as long as it holds at least 33% of the shares. Additionally, Wing aims to establish a strategic cooperation agreement with Echo regarding financial settlements for advisory services.
