Life sentenced man escapes from prison in Tennessee

Jacob Morley, a 28-year-old inmate serving a life sentence for murder, escaped from Northwest Correctional Complex in Tennessee. Authorities reported he used a breach in the fence to flee. Surveillance footage captured him in his prison uniform and later stealing a white Ford F-350 pickup truck. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has classified him as dangerous and is offering a reward for information leading to his capture. Morley was convicted in 2022 for the murder of Cody Birchfield and has a history of violent crimes. This escape marks the second incident of a prison break in Tennessee within a week, raising concerns about prison security.
