North Korea rejects FBI accusations of stealing $5.6 million in cryptocurrencies from Binance

North Korea has denied FBI allegations of being behind a $6.3 billion cryptocurrency theft from Binance, calling it a political provocation. Kim Yo Jong criticized the claims as absurd and part of a pattern of U.S. accusations. The FBI linked the theft to a North Korean hacker group, TraderTraitor, and warned that stolen funds were being converted into Ether for laundering. The FBI provided a list of Ethereum addresses used for these transactions, urging cryptocurrency platforms to block them. Binance, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has 335 million users.
