The 500 Patriot interceptor missiles can only arrive in Ukraine from 2030.

Ukraine is set to receive 500 PAC-3 interceptor missiles for its Patriot air defense system between Q4 2030 and Q4 2033, pending U.S. congressional approval. The acquisition will be funded by transatlantic allies, including Canada, Germany, and Norway, through the JUMPSTART program, alongside EU support. Due to a critical shortage of Patriot systems, negotiations are ongoing for other countries to expedite Ukraine's access to these missiles. President Zelensky noted that Ukraine received an average of only 12 missiles monthly in 2026, and future deliveries may average less than 14 per month from 2030 to 2033.
