However, smaller firms often only digitize basic administrative tasks due to regulatory pressures. Experts note a disparity in digital maturity, with many firms still relying on intuition for decision-making despite having digital tools. Challenges include a lack of analytical skills among HR professionals and the need for technology to enhance human judgment rather than replace it.
