Recently, Romolo Bardin, CEO of Delfin, received a €30 billion acquisition offer for the entire capital of the Del Vecchio heirs' holding from Czech financier Michal Strnad. The offer is based on Delfin's current net asset value, discounted by 30%. Any decision to accept the proposal requires unanimous agreement from the eight shareholders, who have differing opinions.
