From Irpef to benefits: a fourfold incentive for young people

The 2027 Budget Law introduces tax benefits for young workers, including a 1% tax on salary increases for those under 30. This measure aims to support employment and purchasing power, applying to salary increments up to €2,500 annually for workers earning up to €28,000. Additionally, fringe benefits will be tax-exempt up to €1,000, or €2,000 for those with children, extending to under-31s. Employers hiring long-term unemployed youth under 35 will receive a monthly contribution relief of €500, increasing to €650 in specific regions. The IRES deduction for hiring young workers will rise to 140%.
