Free training in Sicily, "dead souls" and the indictment

Six individuals, including union members and a university employee, face charges related to fraudulent EU fund misuse for a training trip to Sicily in 2017. The investigation revealed misleading documentation and unauthorized use of personal data. A total of 33 charges were filed, including fraud and document forgery, with the accused potentially facing up to 12 years in prison. Some have admitted guilt, while others deny the allegations. The case will be heard by the Lublin-Zachód District Court.
