The State Department has decided on missiles for Ukraine
Ukraine is financing the purchase of weapons through donations from Canada, Germany, and Norway, as well as national funds supported by an EU loan. The transaction is executed by Lockheed Martin. President Volodymyr Zelensky has expressed concerns over delays in U.S. approval for key missile supplies, especially amid intensified Russian attacks on infrastructure. He has urged Washington to expedite arms deliveries before winter, with the U.S. providing missiles purchased by NATO member states under the PURL program.
