AI's "little hands" file a complaint for violation of data protection rules

The Austrian digital rights organization Noyb has filed a lawsuit against Scale AI, alongside five freelancers, over data protection violations in Europe. The complaint targets Scale AI's Outlier platform, which allegedly collects excessive personal data and installs trackers on devices, violating the EU's GDPR. Noyb claims these actions infringe on workers' fundamental rights to data protection and calls for a thorough investigation and potential fines against the platform.
