Recent police operations in Barcelona led to the arrest of two minors, aged 14 and 17, linked to the organization of riots and looting on October 24 under the anonymous call "Blocus." The investigation, coordinated by the Provincial Prosecutor's Office, aims to identify those responsible for planning and promoting the disturbances. The minors were administrators of communication groups facilitating coordination among participants.
