Dirigente do MAI 'chumba' no concurso para o próprio cargo
The competition for the position of Deputy Secretary-General of the Ministry of Internal Administration was annulled as no candidates met the minimum score requirements. Joaquim Morgado, the current interim holder of the position, was among the candidates but did not fulfill the educational qualifications, as he holds a degree in Computer Engineering instead of the required Law degree. The CReSAP stated that none of the candidates demonstrated the necessary profile for the role. Morgado has been in his position for nine months and has received praise for his work, particularly in electronic voting preparations. The CReSAP is reopening the competition, and if no suitable candidates emerge again, a direct government appointment may occur.
