A discussion about Ukraine without Ukraine is not possible, Zelensky said in Oslo

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky emphasized that discussions about Ukraine must include Ukraine itself, in response to a proposed trilateral meeting involving the USA, Russia, and China. He expressed gratitude to the US for intelligence sharing and warned that any talks concerning Ukraine's future must include Ukrainian representation. Zelensky stated that Ukraine is not losing the war against Russia but is suffering losses in lives and time. Finnish President Alexander Stubb noted progress towards a peaceful resolution, while Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Stör highlighted the importance of Europe's presence in discussions about Ukraine's fate. US envoy Steve Witkoff was not present at the press conference, as it was for political leaders only.
